The Problem
The maintenance team was logging machine breakdowns on paper forms or through phone calls. Issues were missed, tickets lost, and managers had no live visibility into what was failing on the floor.
What We Built
- WhatsApp Flow deployed to all floor workers — no app download required
- Workers select machine code, sub-part, failure class, and priority inside WhatsApp
- Photo of the fault uploaded directly through the flow to Google Drive
- Unique Request ID generated and confirmed to the worker instantly
- All managers notified on WhatsApp the moment a ticket is submitted
- Full ticket log synced to Google Sheets for reporting and audit
